For my dissertation I researched product branding and identity in order to delve into the effect of branding for consumer sales with a specific interest in drink packaging design.

brand identity, the use of colour, symbols, personality and wordmark. These elements create brand recognition, which influences the consumer buying habits. It is important to understand how an effective brand identity is created and maintained, as well as how this identity can be incorporated
with the product packaging.β
